The money
Every fee, one page
There are four. This is all of them.
- To create a fund: 0.002 ETH. Flat, the same for everyone, and it is the only thing you pay to open one. There is no minimum on the money you open it with.
- The fund's own fee: 1%. The same on every fund, when you join and when you leave. Nobody sets it per fund and nobody can change it.
- Rent: 0.5% a month, 0.65% a month, 0.8% a month or 1% a month. Charged on everything the fund holds. The creator picks one of those four when they build the fund and it is frozen forever, so it differs from fund to fund. The fund's own page states the one it charges, and The rent is how it works.
- Trading the platform token: the pool's 1%, and on its launch market a charge of Blendfi's on top. The exact rate is on the swap card before you confirm, and Trading the token is where each part goes.
A fund charges one fee, and it covers a backer coming in and going out again. What a backer picks is how they settle it, never how much it is.
Every fee a fund charges is split between the person who made the fund and Blendfi, the same way and in the same proportion whichever fee it is. The split never moves.
- 60% of every fee dollar goes to the person who made the fund and the rest to Blendfi. That is true of the join fee and the rent alike, on every fund.
